Second week of exam done

I have one more subject to go that is Accounts paper.

Yesterday was my second last paper which was chemistry paper. Most of the questions I could not do because I didn't study and also because I dislike chemistry. I hope I will get at least B for my chemistry because there is no hope for me to get A... :( . I don't know why I can't do chemistry but some of my classmates who are like me dropped chemistry since last year. Some people either like or hate chemistry. Before the exam started, since I couldn't do much for my chemistry because it was too late, I took some pictures of others doing last minute study. When the paper started, I finished the paper one hour before the time ended. Before this, if I had finished doing my paper, I could leave the examination room anytime. But I can only leave the room between 30 minutes after exam starts and 10 minutes before the exam ends. But now, we cannot do that anymore because our headmistress set a new rule. She told all the invigilators to not allow students to leave until the exam ends. This new rule was set because there has already been cases of student trying to cheat. It happened in my school but I'm not sure who did it and how she did it. Someone told me its a she. I was glad that the most scariest paper, chemistry has ended and I hope I will not study the subject again forever. It was a mistake, I should have given up chemistry earlier on and live peacefully.

These are the pictures...

After paper 1, Kenn Quan asking whether his answers were correct. He was very happy

Look at the girls how serious they are studying for paper 2 now. They are sometimes selfish too. They do not study together even among themeselves.

Unlike guys, they are willing to share their knowledge with others.

I'm doing last minute revision.

I'm pretending to look interested in chemistry.

After I finished my exam, I went to see KL grand prix horse rehearsal since my sister's friends horse from Kelantan took part in some competition for poneys. It is held at Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil.

Its some kind of telematch for horse that consists of two teams. The competition will be between the Kelantan riders and Australian riders. Actually I don't really understand the game. What I saw was the riders were to passing the baton to other riders on a horse. Its like 4x400m race where runners pass baton to the next runner. The Australian borrowed our horse from Kelantan since they can't do this telematch with a tall horse because it involves getting up and down the horse many times and its very hard to do that quickly on a tall horse. All of the Kelantanese riders were used to ride the horse bareback. That means they ride the horse without a saddle. So the Kelantanese riders ride the horse bareback in this competition. At first the Australian riders ride on a saddle, but when they saw our riders rode the horse bareback, they followed us. Now, they too ride horse bareback. But if they are unused to it, it will be painfull to seat on a bare horseback due to the backbone of the horse.

My sister regrets she didn't lend her horse, Kristy in this competition. She regrets because someone had offered her to transport her Kristy from Kelantan to KL but she was worried about Kristy's safety. The Majlis Equin will have to give several injection to her horse if she going to lend her horse to them. The injection is to prevent the horses from spreading their deseases if they have any desease. Oh ok, I got to go. Speak to you soon.

Tow Bar

Today, I have just completed one week of my SPM exam. I have already sat for 5 subjects and there are still 5 more subjects to go.

The first week of SPM exam was not very difficult because it was only Bahasa Melayu, Sejarah, English, Math and EST(English for Science and Technology). Eventhough I said it was not difficult doesn't mean its easy. They are all very difficult especially Sejarah that I went out early from the exam room because I was unable to answer the questions. But I still manage to answer all the question eventhough my answers was mostly crap. Next week its going to be harder. There are still another 2 weeks to go for SPM and after that I will relax for few months. I was sad and happy because not chosen for National Service. I was sad because I would like to experience on how its like to be in the National Service. I also happy because I could go to my father's hometown and spend time there. But my father told me its better to spend time in KB than in NS. I don't entirely agree with my father. For now, my father said don't get sick before my SPM exam ends. After that my father said you can even die after SPM. Oh, I forgot, I would like to tell you that I have done my both english papers that are the normal english paper and EST papers. So that means I have done the englsih essays that I have always worried about. I hope I did not make many grammar errors in my essays. Of course I read my essays again after doing it to check for my grammar errors. OK, I want to forget about the paper that I have done and concentrate on the coming exam papers.

Yesterday, my father had fitted a tow bar into his Freelander car. Its for pulling the horse cub in KB. He sent his car to Land Rover in the morning and pick his car in the afternoon. He was not happy on how the Land Rover mechanic installed the tow bar. He couldn't sleep properly last night because of the improper installation by the Land Rover mechanic. Then, this afternoon after I came back from school, he asked me to help him hold the spanner on the nuts as he turn his ring spanner on the bolt. I'm sure you were wondering what is wrong with the installation of the tow bar, before I explain, look at the picture.

Before my father change the position of the socket.

Side view, the socket is the round thing. The socket can't be seen because it has cover.

After my father change the position of the socket. He puts it inside so that the horse cub can turn without hitting the socket.

My father change the side of the bolts and nuts so it looks nicer and easy to open it next time.

OK, that's all I want to say now. Sorry if my story is too long and boring. But I really appreciate to those people who patiently read my story until the very end. Thank you for reading. I will pray to those who read every word of my story to live happily for the rest of their life.

Pasir Puteh Race

Last Saturday,
I went to Pasir Puteh in Kelantan to see a horse race. It was not a horse race where the rich people go and people placing their bets. It was a horse race held in the village where the people who own horses in Kelantan bring their horses to show off what their horses can do. The presents for the winners were just hampers, stand fans and bicycle. I didn't plan to go to Kelantan last weekend since I have to study for my SPM next week but my father asked me to accompany him because he didn't want to be alone when driving to Kelantan. The horse race are held many times in Kelantan at many different places. So this race was not so grand because the track was too small. I watched horse race at Tanah Merah and Pengkalan Chepa last time, the horse track was wide and very big.

In Kelantan, no one watch horse race at the equestrian club and the equestrian club is not popular because most people keep their horses at their homes, not at the club. There's one equestrian club located at Gunong that I have been to. Most of the horses there are Arab horses. My sister had been there to ride horses and she knows the people there. But horses that are kept there are well taken care of. The horses there are also cultured and follow the riders instruction. They do not move around when we put the saddle and the bridle on.

OK, actually I want to show you guys how do horse race look like in the village in Kelantan. But this race only allowed 3 horses to race at one time because of the small track space.

I'm not sure the video above is working or not because I tried playing it but it doesn't work.
Nevermind, continue with my other story, if you see at the left of this blog, you can see a pony named Apple. Well, we already sold that horse for a very low price because we wanted to get rid of her. Apple has a very bad attitude and bad behavior that is very hard to train her. We sold Apple to someone that we know, then when we are at the horse track, we could not believe he put Apple in this horse race too. Apple had won 2nd place since there were only two horses were racing. But the owner still get a consolation prize because of participating in the race.

Apple getting ready in a race.

There were also veterans who joined the race and some of them fell off the horseback and badly injured. An ambulance came after that and brought him to hospital. I missed the event because we went back early because of the rain and we heard this story from my father's friend.

One of the veterans who took part.

When it was raining, the event was not postponed but it was continued. Look at the video.

We did not stay at the horse track for long, we just went there for half an hour and went back. Here are some pictures.

That's all I would like to show you. Sorry if the video is not working.
